The cheese humidor is home to over 100 different cheeses from cow to goat to sheep to water buffalo. You are welcome to enter the Cave and feel the texture of the wonderful creations of the master cheese makers.
Daily sampling of cheeses are the most fun while deciding on witch cheese to take to your home or party. Our cheese recipe books are available for reference and our chefs stand by for any suggestions on a particular dish.
