 The month of February is very special to me and my Culinary Family. On February 21st, Sapphire Restaurant and Pantry will celebrate our 5th Anniversary. I named our restaurant Sapphire, after the stone I proposed to my wife Laura with. The Sapphire gemstone signifies long-term relationships, Commitment, Truth, Sincerity and Loyalty. I this spirit I opened our doors five years ago to welcome all, to put food on everyone's table. It has been my privilege ever since to be part of this wonderful and unique community. I invite all of you, friends and loved ones, to join us in celebration of the growth and success of the past 5 years, and to bestow new blessings for the years ahead. Depending on your Entrée choice, the three-course prix-fixe menu is priced at $49-$65 per person, exclusive of beverage, tax and gratuity, and will be served February 14th from 5pm to 10pm.  Breakfast Special at Sapphire Pantry  During the entire month of February, we are celebrating our 5th Anniversary. Come and have breakfast at Sapphire Pantry: only $5 for one of our fantastic Breakfast Tacos and a cup of freshly brewed Organic coffee. Get it while it's hot and soak up the morning sun at one of our patio tables. Hot breakfast from 7 am to 11 am daily. Just stop by the Pantry or call in your order at 949.715.9889. Staying in for Valentine's? If you are planning a romantic night at home, you might want to look at the Valentine's Take-Home Menu from Sapphire Pantry! The three-course menu offers plenty of selections, and the creative dessert will surely be a success. "Roses are Red" is the dessert duo for Her, "Violets are Blue" is the dessert duo for Him: complementing sides that will go very well together - sharing optional. Orders for the Take-Home Valentine's Dinner can be placed until 9pm Sunday, February 12. Pick-up on Tuesday, February 14 (Valentine's Day).  Perfect for Valentine's Day, we are showcasing this little French Beauty fom Perigord: Coeur Fleuri Chevre. Fresh goat cheese decorated with a heart of dried cranberries and rose petals. All you need is a demi baguette and a chilled bottle of Bessart de Bellefon Champagne - all available at the Pantry - and you're set for a very romantic breakfast a la francaise.
